RYC Tuition for 2008-2009

*Rainier Kids:  $75 per trimester  + $10 performance shirt       

*Payable in full upon registration.

Junior Choir:  ★$325/year  (September - May)

Concert Choir:  ★$625/year (September - ✷May)

Rainier Ensemble:  ★$525/year (September - ✷May)

★Price includes RYC polo shirt cost, (informal uniform for JC, CC & RE),

one complimentary season ticket and includes fall retreat costs for CC & RE.

✷Summer tour rehearsals may continue in June at no additional cost.

     We can keep our tuition costs this low only with generous patrons and with parent volunteers from Junior Choir, Concert Choir, and Rainier Ensemble throughout the season.  Suggested commitment is 2 hours per month, or a buyout of $10 per hour not donated.

Payment options for Rainier Youth Choirs:

        Option A:  Entire Year Payment.  Late fee of $10 if not received by October 1.

        Option B:  Two equal payments due October 1 and January 1.  Includes a small service charge.

                         Late fee of $10 if not received by the 10th of the month.

Junior Choir half payments @  $165

Concert Choir half payments @  $315

Rainier Ensemble half payments @  $265

   

       Option C: Ten monthly payments to be paid by the first of each month beginning September 1.    

        Late fee of $2.50 if not received by the 10th of the month.  Service charge applies for this option. 

Junior Choir $35/month 

Concert Choir $65/month

Rainier Ensemble $55/month

            *Families with more than one RYC singer qualify for a discount.  Ask for details.

Other costs for auditioned groups:

       Audition Fee:   $10, non-refundable.  Singers do not need to re-audition each year.

       Yearly Registration Fee:  $25 for first child, $10 for each sibling, non-refundable.  

       Informal Uniform:  RYC polo shirt included in tuition payment.  Replacement cost is $20. 

         Black pants, black socks, shoes & belt complete the informal uniform, supplied by singer.

       Formal Uniform:  The cost varies by group and gender, between $30 - $70.

       Junior Choir members who also join Rainier Kids pay an additional $30 per trimester.

       Optional RYC music tote bag: $20.  This is highly recommended to protect music which

          needs to be returned or replaced at the end of each trimester.

   **Scholarships are available for tuition and/or other expenses as determined by the RYC Board of Directors.**
